Newsletter 6/1/2026

As we send out our final PTA newsletter of the school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it has been and express our gratitude to the many people who made it possible.

To the countless volunteers who gave their time, energy,  and enthusiasm to support events, programs, fundraisers, and activities throughout the year - thank you. Whether you volunteered for a single event or led a program from start to finish, your contributions helped create meaningful experiences for our students and families.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to our teachers and staff for their unwavering dedication, care, and commitment to our children every day. Your hard work, patience, and passion are at the heart of everything that makes our school special.

And a very special thank you to our PTA Board members and program leads. The many hours spent planning, coordinating, communicating, and problem-solving behind the scenes often go unseen, but they are the reason so many wonderful things happen at our school.

This year was filled with memorable events, enrichment opportunities, community-building activities, and support for our students, teachers, and staff. None of it would have been possible without this amazing community. Thank you for showing up, pitching in, and helping make our school such a wonderful place to learn, grow, and connect.

We wish all of our students, families, teachers, and staff a fun, relaxing, and well-deserved summer. Thank you for a fantastic year!

Final Bike Bus of the Year | June 5 at 8:10 AM

In addition to our usual Wednesday ride this week, we'll have a special LAST DAY OF SCHOOL Bike Bus ride on Friday. The sun will be shining, the music will be bumping, and our spirits will be high. Come and be part of the joy!

Kennedy School Fundraiser | Tuesday, June 9

Our last restaurant fundraiser of the year is coming up on Tuesday, June 9, and we’d love your help reaching our fundraising goal! While it was originally planned for the last day of school, the event will now take place after school is out. We especially wanted to highlight the date and hope families can still join us for one more fun community night together. Every order makes a difference and helps support PTA programs, events, and student enrichments at BCS. We hope to see you there!
