Fun Run Update
*NEW*

A huge congratulations to all of our students for their incredible effort at this year’s Fun Run! We had 422 students complete an amazing 3,167 laps - that’s 791.75 miles total, or about the distance from Portland to Los Angeles! Thank you as well to our wonderful volunteers for helping the event run so smoothly and to our entire community for supporting the PTA and all the programs, events, and enrichments it helps fund.

We are 67% of the way to our goal, but we still have a week to meet it! Just a reminder that all Fun Run donations are due by Friday, 5/29. Students can turn in their blue pledge forms with cash or checks to their teacher or the school office. Online donations should also be completed by 5/29. If all donations were made online, there is no need to return the blue form

Maybe next year we can make it all the way to New York! Thank you again for helping our students go the distance for BCS.

Junoir Rose Parade Lead
*NEW*

We’re looking for a volunteer lead for the Junior Rose Parade on Saturday, May 30! This is a fun community tradition and a great way to help coordinate our school’s participation. The role can be as simple or involved as you’d like. If you’re interested in helping make this event happen for our students, please reach out to communications@beverlyclearyschool.org. We’d love to have you!

General PTA Meeting | Monday, June 1 at 6 pm

The final PTA General Meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, June 1. All community members are invited to join! Check out the Meeting Agenda to see what will be discussed this month and get access to the meeting via Zoom.

Kennedy School Fundraiser | Tuesday, June 9
*NEW*

Our last restaurant fundraiser of the year is coming up on Tuesday, June 9, and we’d love your help reaching our fundraising goal! While it was originally planned for the last day of school, the event will now take place after school is out. We especially wanted to highlight the date and hope families can still join us for one more fun community night together. Every order makes a difference and helps support PTA programs, events, and student enrichments at BCS. We hope to see you there!

Do you have anything you'd like included in the newsletter or on socials? Please complete the BCS PTA Communications Request Form (linked below) by Thursday to have your content in the Monday newsletter of the following week. Please know that we will only include information directly related to school-sponsored or PTA-sponsored events. We will let you know if your submission does not qualify. Questions?
