Discussion: Lindsay King took a promotion w/Portland Impact. There has already been assigned a new supervisor. Thanks to the PTA for funding for SUN school newspaper funding.

Discussion: Grant proposal is being written. Meeting w/Metro has occurred. Please email Lynn with further questions.
Backfield is being taken care of and irrigation system is getting coordinated. Irrigation will supply water for raised beds.
7th item of business: Planners

Discussion: There is a "green" alternative to current planner, but it is $1.50 more for each one.
Susan Rice makes motion for PTA to supply $500 extra for green planners for 5th-8th grades. Motion amended to: If staff and administration decide green planners are optimal, PTA will provide $500 extra to purchase for 5th-8th grades.
