The Beverly Benefit is only days away!
Parents and friends, now is the time to register to attend the annual Beverly Benefit -- our school Foundation's main fundraiser!
Check your child's backpack for your invitation to "Set Sail for the Future." The money raised will be used to ensure our kids continue to receive a quality education. More budget cuts are on the horizon, so we really need to make up the difference by raising money for the Foundation. As you well know, the Foundation is the only source of funds for extra staff. Make sure the horizon looks beautiful for our kids and come aboard for some fun on the S.S. Beverly, March 4th 6:00pm at the Melody Ballroom. Tickets to the cruise are $45 per person (advance purchase) or $55 at the door.
You can go online now to register. We have some exciting new things to share...along with some of the usual favorites...
- TABLES -- Each year we offer the option of purchasing reserved tables...and we only have 6 tables left. If you want to reserve a table of 8 you'll need to do it fast before the rest are gone. The cost is $500 and includes the 8 registrations.
- GOLDEN TICKET -- This year we are auctioning off a Golden Ticket in ADVANCE of the auction. You must purchase your Golden Ticket by February 28th to be included in a drawing...and the winner will get...their pick of any one of the live auction items. So, if you want to secure your week in the Sonoma Wine Country or that fabulous custom coffee table from Altura Furniture at an amazing low price, purchase a chance for a Golden Ticket for $100. Only 50 chances will be sold so enter now! The winner will have until March 3rd to pick their item.
- TABLA RAFFLE -- For a $50 donation you can also put your name in a drawing for a dinner for 12 in the private dining room at Tabla Mediterranean Bistro -- a neighborhood restaurant featured with excellent reviews in the NY TImes, Zagat and Sunset Magazine. Owner and BCS parent Adam Berger will host you and your guests for a wonderful evening of dining. Gratuity and wine are included in this fine dining experience for you and your friends. Only 50 chances will be sold so enter now! The drawing for the Tabla dinner will be held at the start of the live auction on March 4th. Increase your chances of winning by purchasing more than one entry!
- GRANDPARENT DISCOUNT -- This year we are also offering a grandparent discount...for grandparents of BCS students or for anyone attending the auction age 60 and better. The cost is $35 per person. Many grandparents or school boosters would love the opportunity to attend the auction at a lower price and we'd love to have them there. Let us know if you want us to mail out an invite to someone in your family.
