As in every year, the BCS Foundation is sponsoring various sign-up events as part of the annual auction, and we still have slots available in many of the activities.
Parents and friends, now is the time to register to attend the annual Beverly Benefit -- our school Foundation's main fundraiser!
Please consider becoming a Wine Sponsor ($100) for the upcoming auction on March 4, 2011, at The Melody Ballroom. This is an affordable way for you or your business to support your school auction! The $100 enables us to buy wine for everyone to enjoy during the auction and you'll receive recognition for your contribution. The Beverly Benefit is an all volunteer auction, run by parents at our school: parents like you! Please consider donating the most important asset of all, your time. There are jobs big and small. We have jobs that can be done from home, or those that take more time and commitment. Contact the auction chair for more details.
The Beverly Benefit provides fun and fellowship for everyone and all proceeds go towards staffing at our school. Faced with ever-shrinking budgets, money that the Foundation raises is the only source of funds for extra staff.
Plans are underway to make this year's auction the most successful yet!
